2025/2026 UHP Seats for New Incoming Students Are Filled

We are still accepting applications and have a waitlist. If seats become available, eligible applicants from the waitlist will be considered and notified if accepted. This applies to Incoming New Students and Transfer Students.

Incoming New Undergraduates

High school seniors or prospective students who have not previously attended ISU or another university/college as an undergraduate student (First-Time, First-Year Students). Includes international students.
